Since 1990 SANDA has been finding great homes for clients, including first time home buyers and experienced investors, by matching their wishes and wants with a suitable property. If the properties on the market are not suitable, then SANDA diligently searches to find one through her constant internet, marketing and networking strategies. Once a client works with SANDA because of the knowledge of the neighborhoods she tracks, and her unwavering focus, they are likely to call on her when they are ready to move up to a larger home or relocate outside of Los Angeles.

Burke Smith, Founder of YourNetCoach is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and coach. Burke is regarded as the only coach/consultant in the world with first-hand experience building a successful internet driven real estate company, who focuses exclusively on helping real estate agents, managers and brokers successfully migrate from a print-based world to the Internet. Burke’s clients average one new deal per month, even in this market, and have closed over $10 billion worth of real estate in the last 2 years alone!

Cecilia McGaughran, Assistant

Cecilia grew up in Santa Monica and recently graduated Palisades Charter High School. In high school Cecilia participated in numerous extracurricular activities and community service projects. One of her most rewarding experiences was being the President of Roots and Shoots, a service oriented club that aims to better the human community, the animal community and the environmental community. Cecilia currently attends Santa Monica College and still strives to be an active member of the community by volunteering as often as possible.

Now part of Sanda's team, Cecilia brings her retail experience and fresh perspective to the team's work. As Sanda's assistant, Cecilia is in charge of all the marketing for the team in both print ads, direct mail and on the internet. She also overseas clients transactions, escrows and interacts with clients on a daily level. Whether she is writing an email, making website edits or sending letters, Cecilia is constantly dedicated to incorporating sensibility, enthusiasm and positive energy in all that she does.

Her ultimate goal is to someday become a Realtor and continue working with clients on the Westside.

In her spare time Cecilia loves to be out and about discovering new attractions to enjoy with her friends and family. And of course you can find her at many Community Service events throughout the year such as AIDS Walk LA, Westside Thanksgiving and Heal the Beach Clean-Ups!
